Good evening 🌙 Join me for a calming and relaxing ASMR soft spoken Bedtime Yoga Stretch, that will prepare you for a good night's sleep. You can do this entire sequence in bed, with your pyjamas on, and finish in Savasana under your covers.

15-Minute Silent Yin Yoga for Hips
Join me for Silent Yin Yoga where the poses will focus on opening up your hips. I will talk as little as possible - only guiding you into each of the Yin Yoga poses, then leave you in silence. This will allow you to find for yourself the best way to quieten your mind and come deeper into the poses.
20-Minute Twisty Flow
Join me for this Twisty Yoga Flow where we start with gentle twists, and work up to some more intense and challenging twists. Twisting the body is a fantastic way to release tension in the spine, help you breathe freer, and have more ease of movement. Make sure you lift in and up with your belly every time before coming into a twist, and notice the space you create in your body in order to get deeper in your twist.
15-Minute Bedtime Stretch
Put your pyjamas on, turn the lights down, and join me for a gentle pre-bedtime yoga stretch. This evening's sequence focuses especially on your hips and back - two places that may have taken a lot of stress during the course of your day. So take a short moment with me to free these areas up, ready for a good night's sleep.
15-Minute Morning Energy
Boost your morning with a quick energizing yoga flow. We'll ground in, warm-up, flow and stretch. It's perfect to do before work to get your mind flowing freely, and your body moving comfortably.
25-Minute Ladder Vinyasa Flow
Join me for this complete Ladder Vinyasa Yoga class for your whole body! Challenge your strength, stamina and flexibility as the sequence builds throughout the video. This is a an intermediate level class so there are fewer cues for your alignment. However you'll have plenty of opportunities to repeat the poses so you can see yourself improve as you advance through the class.
