15-Minute Silent Yin Yoga for Hips

 

Join me for Silent Yin Yoga where the poses will focus on opening up your hips. I will talk as little as possible - only guiding you into each of the Yin Yoga poses, then leave you in silence. This will allow you to find for yourself the best way to quieten your mind and come deeper into the poses.

Each pose will be held for around 3 minutes. Please come only to 80% of the full expression of each pose. Taking it to 100% at the beginning will be too intense to hold for that period of time.

No props are required, but if you have some at home, you are more than welcome to use them.
