20-Minute Twisty Flow

 

Join me for this Twisty Yoga Flow where we start with gentle twists, and work up to some more intense and challenging twists.

Twisting the body is a fantastic way to release tension in the spine, help you breathe freer, and have more ease of movement. Make sure you lift in and up with your belly every time before coming into a twist, and notice the space you create in your body in order to get deeper in your twist.
